About Arkady Kunysz

Arkady Kunysz

I'm a self-taught photographer happily shooting since 2000. I love the tension between lines and shapes. I'm thus quite drawn to landscape, abstract and architecture shots. Back in the film age, I used to shoot exclusively in black and white processing and printing my photographs. Because I tend to dislike following recipes for very predictable results, I've experimented quite a lot with Infrared film (which is often a gamble) and lith printing (a wonderful and challenging technique). In the digital age, black and white still remains my favorite. However, I've also opened myself to color and, more recently, have had great fun with digital lith prints (finally recreating that specific look). I've recently self-published a...
