Artist's Description
Rocky outcrop provides a stepping stone to this island in the Le Bic park, near Rimouski (QC). The park comprises several islands, some of which can be walked to at low tide. This area was an early French settlement. A couple of centuries ago, fish were so abundant people commonly used them as fertilizer for their fields (!!)
